Dispatch
All UNSENT orders are prepared and dispatched from our facility in Germany.
Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 business hours of order confirmation. Dispatch times may vary during public holidays or periods of increased volume.
Shipping Zones & Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch and are based on standard carrier transit times.
Germany: €4.50 · approximately 2–3 business days
European Union: €9.00 · approximately 3–7 business days
International (Global): €14.00 · approximately 7–14 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier handling, and local customs processes.
Tracking
Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided by email.
All shipments are sent via DHL or Deutsche Post. Tracking availability and update frequency may vary by destination.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by local authorities.
If a shipment is delayed, returned, or abandoned due to unpaid duties, refusal of delivery, or failure to complete customs clearance, the order is not eligible for refund.
Customs processing is outside our control and may affect delivery timelines.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for being available to receive the shipment.
If shipment is returned due to:
- failed delivery attempts,
- incorrect or incomplete address details, or
- refusal to accept delivery,
any rshipet will require payment of additional shipping costs. Returned shipment are not automatically refunded.
Delivery Responsibility
UNSENT is responsible for the shipment until it is transferred to the carrier.
Once handed ovr, delivery handling, timing, and final delivery attempts are governed to the carrier and local regulations.
Final Note
Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees
UNSENT does not expedite, intervene in, or override carrier or customs procedures.
Each capsule is transferred once.
Delays do not alter its purpose.
