This policy applies to all purchases of UNSENT products, including Model: UNS-CAP-001.
1. Single-Use Product & Irreversible Sealing
UNSENT products are
single-use by design and incorporate a
structurally irreversible sealing mechanism.For the purposes of this policy,
use is defined as
any of the following:
- engaging or initiating the capsule’s closure mechanism,
- breaking or removing any tamper-evident component or packaging seal,
- altering the capsule from its original, unused state.
Once any of the above occurs, the product is considered
used.
A used UNSENT product is
not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or cancellation.
This limitation is permitted under applicable consumer protection laws governing sealed goods and single-use products.
2. Finality After Sealing
Once the capsule is sealed (the moment referred to as
“The Click”), the product enters a
permanent final state.
From that moment:
- no return is accepted,
- no refund or exchange is available,
- no further right of cancellation applies.
The sealing mechanism is intentionally irreversible and intrinsic to the product’s design.
3. Responsibility for Contents
UNSENT is
not responsible for the value, condition, loss, destruction, or permanent inaccessibility of any items, documents, or materials placed inside the capsule.
By sealing the capsule, the customer knowingly and voluntarily assumes full responsibility for:
- the contents placed inside,
- their permanent inaccessibility after sealing,
- and any consequences arising from that decision.
4. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Before Use Only)
Where required by applicable consumer protection laws (including the European Union and the United Kingdom), customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase
within 14 days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period expires
14 days from the day the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the goods.
This statutory right applies
only if the product has not been used, as defined in Section 1.
5. Conditions for Return (Before Use Only)
Returns are accepted
only if all of the following conditions are met:
- the product is unused and unsealed,
- the product remains in its original condition,
- no tamper-evident components have been altered.
Refunds will be
refused if the product shows handling beyond what is necessary to verify its nature and condition.
Damage occurring during return transit
voids eligibility for refund.
6. Return Procedure
To exercise the statutory right of withdrawal (where applicable), the customer must notify UNSENT
within the 14-day withdrawal period by email at:

Returned items must be shipped to the return address provided upon confirmation.
Customers are responsible for:all return shipping costs,proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
7. Refunds
Refunds are issued
only after inspection and confirmation that all return conditions have been met.
Where required by law, refunds will be processed within
14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Original shipping costs are
non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
8. Cancellation CutoffOnce an order has been dispatched, it
cannot be canceled.Dispatch confirmation marks the
completion of order processing.
Any request made after dispatch will be treated as a return request and is subject to the conditions of this policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UNSENT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- use of the product,irreversible sealing,
- permanent inaccessibility of contents,
- or attempts to reopen, alter, or compromise the sealed capsule.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
10. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
