Is the closure truly irreversible?
Yes.
UNS-CAP-001 is engineered for permanent closure. Once sealed, the capsule cannot be reopened without visible and irreversible damage to the vessel. The act of sealing is final by design.UNSENT does not offer reset, reversal, reopening, or recovery.

‍What is the capsule made from?
The capsule is formed from a precision-engineered, high-density material selected for long-term structural stability, resistance to deformation, and preservation under normal environmental conditions.The material is functional, not ornamental. It exists to endure.

‍Can I use my own paper?
‍Yes.
Any written material may be placed inside the capsule, provided it fits within the internal chamber. Each UNS-CAP-001 includes one sheet of archival-quality paper sized specifically for the vessel.What you write — and how — is entirely your choice.

‍Is the capsule waterproof?
‍UNS-CAP-001 is sealed to protect against dust, handling, and everyday environmental exposure. It is not designed for prolonged submersion, extreme pressure, or hostile conditions.

‍UNSENT is intended to be stored, not tested.
Any handling or disposal after sealing is at the sole discretion of the owner.




Where is UNSENT made?
All UNS-CAP-001 units are manufactured, quality-checked, and fulfilled in Germany under controlled production standards.

Each capsule is inspected prior to shipment to verify structural integrity and proper sealing function before use.

‍Is UNSENT a medical or therapeutic product?
‍No.
UNSENT is a physical object created for personal, symbolic, and reflective use. It does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment and must not be considered a substitute for professional care.

UNSENT holds words. Nothing more is promised.

‍Can I return the capsule after sealing it?
‍No.
Once sealed, the capsule has fulfilled its intended purpose. A sealed UNS-CAP-001 is considered final and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

The moment of closure is the point of no return.

‍Is there a warranty?
‍We guarantee that your capsule arrives in proper condition and free from manufacturing defects. If your unit arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us before sealing.

Once sealed, the capsule is considered intentionally altered and is no longer eligible for replacement, warranty claims, or service.

‍Does UNSENT ever access, record, or retain what I place inside?
‍No.

UNSENT has no knowledge of, access to, or involvement with the contents of any capsule. No records are created. No copies exist.

What is sealed remains unseen.
